B Series books 1-10

This series of ten books runs parallel to the A Series introducing the letters of the alphabet in the same order. It was revised in 2009, when books 1 and 10 were changed. The only change to book 10 was that the word 'very' was removed from every page. Book 1 was substantially altered in words and pictures to remove the illustrations of a 'can'. Now that children do not have fizzy drinks, it became apparent that they were not familiar with the concept of  'a can of drink', and hence this was removed.

The series has been revised in 2012 by replacing book 4A with a new book 'a pet rabbit'. This gets over the difficulties children had with the letters 'b, d, p' being used in very similar looking words.
