How to Order:

Schools in the UK:

Schools in the UK are given credit accounts and invoiced directly by us.

We accept a school's own order form, their local authority order form, one of our own completed order forms, or a blank order form filled in by hand.

We also accept orders by telephone to 01423 879182.

For single books, either telephone us, or fill in a blank order form with each title and ISBN. Single books cost £2.27 each.

Individuals in the UK:

Individuals in the UK may buy books online from the website, i.e. http://www.follifootfarm.co.uk using a debit card or credit card.

Simply put the items in the basket and click on 'more details/buy'. The system will take you through the delivery and secure payment process.

For single books please go to the appropriate series page and write down the ISBN of the book you require. You can then click on the basket (top right hand corner) where you will find a box in which you can type this number. The book will then be added to your basket. Single books cost £2.27 each. 

Postage charges in the UK

These are:

£2.50 for orders up to £19.99 in value.

£5.00 for orders of £20 and over.

Customers in Japan:

Our distributor in Japan is englishbooks.jp.  Please go to their website at https://www.englishbooks.jp/catalog/default.php?manufacturers_id=70 to order books.

Schools and individuals outside the UK:

We do not give credit accounts to schools or individuals outside the UK.

Simply buy online from the website i.e. http://www.follifootfarm.co.uk. with a debit or credit card.

Schools and individuals in EU countries, including Ireland. 

Schools in the EU, including Ireland, need to tell us their VAT number, or the number on their exemption certificate, and they will be able to buy goods at the prices shown on this website.

However, if schools, cannot give us either of these numbers, we are required to charge VAT at 20% on all goods. 

Postal charges to countries outside the UK.

Consignments to Ireland and Europe will be sent by the DHL European Road Service. This is a trackable service.

Other consignments will be sent by DHL International Air Service. This is a trackable service

If it is possible to obtain a cheaper delivery rate than those published above, a refund will be credited back to the card payment.

Discounts for schools in the UK

There is an discount of 5% for schools ordering books direct from us with a total value of £250 or more.

A discount of 10% is given for orders of books valued at £500 or more. These are applied when the order is processed.

These discounts do not apply to CDs, photocopiable worksheets, or other resources. All these items are shown at our lowest available price.

Trade customers should contact us by email for a quotation

There are no delivery charges to a shipping company in England for large export orders.
